The Eagle Street Conference Centre is located in the state of the art building 175 Eagle Street. It is situated in the heart of the financial and commercial district on the river boardwalk. The building which was completed in 2002 hosts many environmentally friendly initiatives such as a Water Management Plan. Each year the building is evaluated for the Australian Building Greenhouse Rating. The centre is within easy walking distance of public transport, CBD Hotels and restaurants as well as shopping facilities.
The Eagle Street Conference Centre is a purpose built, exclusive conference facility. There is a pure focus on meeting, conference and delegate requirements. A high level of service is provided to ensure all needs are met.
There are three rooms – The Think Tank, a boardroom facility, Icon Theatre – tiered amphitheatre and The Junction which is the largest room and has the capacity to be broken into 2 smaller rooms – The Hub and The Exchange.
Icon Theatre
The Icon is a 120 seat tiered amphitheatre with the latest in décor, sound and lighting. Your presentation will make an impact with a digital AMX, ceiling mounted data projector and a myriad of accompanying audio visual equipment providing the latest technology at your fingertips. Video and Teleconference facilities are available for your convenience. Located adjacent to the Laptop bar – the perfect location for your registration area, there is also the Icon foyer which provides an excellent location for tea breaks. Broadband and ISDN access is available.
The Hub and The Exchange
Natural Lighting is a feature of this room creating a relaxed and ambient mood for your conference. A ceiling mounted data projector is available with an inbuilt whiteboard and screen. With the latest in superior technology at your fingertips you will provide a modern, yet relaxed experience for your attendees. Broadband and ISDN access is available.
The Junction
Natural Lighting is a feature of this room to help create a relaxed and ambient mood for your conference. A ceiling mounted data projector is available with an inbuilt whiteboard and screen. With the latest in superior technology at your fingertips you will provide a modern, yet relaxed experience for your attendees. The Junction features the ability to create separate breakout rooms with a retractable wall at your convenience. Broadband and ISDN access is available.

With a focus on impact, the accent is on presenting, ideal for boardroom meetings and presentations. Show your savvy in our state of the art boardroom boasting high end IT and audio visual equipment. Featuring a 50” plasma display monitor with boardroom table interface, electronic whiteboard and a myriad of accompanying audio visual equipment. The perfect room for a video or teleconference allowing ease of viewing for all delegates.
