Bardon Conference Centre - Wedding Rooms

Located in a delightful bushland setting just 6km from the heart of Brisbane, the Bardon Centre offers you a picturesque setting for your wedding with lush lawns surrounded by landscaped gardens and established native trees.

The venue abounds with superb photographic opportunities such as the cascading waterfalls, gazebo, lovely gardens and wonderful old “Australiana” pieces.

Every aspect of your wedding experience will be achieved with style in
the one venue. Close to the city, yet surrounded by bushland, there is
ample free parking.

The wedding menus are seasonally driven to showcase the best of Australian produce all year round. Our flamboyant team led by Executive Chef David Clem prides themselves on surpassing your expectations with freshness, flavour and quality of product, delivered by friendly, professional staff who care.

Plated Entrée – choice of one:

  • Avocado and grilled vegetable stack topped with parmesan crisp and a raspberry dressing
  • Smoked salmon and asparagus tower with fried caper aioli and lavosh crisp Bread
  • Salad of olive and roasted garlic pasta topped with shaved Pancetta

Carvery – choice of one:

  • Roast Rib of Beef with pepper crust
  • Roast Leg of Lamb with Moroccan spices

  • Char-grilled porterhouse steak served atop parmesan mash with summer truffle jus
  • Chicken breast, brie and bacon baked in pastry, cushioned on sweet potato puree with creamy basil pesto
  • Salmon and barramundi layered with nori and saffron rice, sautéed wombok and ginger butter
  • Asian spiced barramundi steamed in a rice paper overcoat with coconut risotto

One hour at the wedding gazebo includes:

  • CD player and operator for bridal music
  • Professional staff to assist with guest arrival
  • Complimentary sparkling wine and beverages for the bridal part

Special Accommodation Rates

Discount rates offered to guests and include full buffet breakfast with personalised flyers printed if required.

Check-in is from 1300 hours and check-out is by 1000 hours.
