Central is one of Southeast Queensland's largest providers and managers of accommodation and meeting solutions.
Established in 1959, we remain an integral part of a large family owned company, THE PRADELLA GROUP.
Pradella is still known as one of Queensland's longest running, most successful and innovative property developers and construction companies. The company employs more than 300 people, with an annual turnover in excess of $150 million.
The group is widely recognised for their business integrity, experience, financial stability and market understanding. We boast diversified business interests incorporating residential and industrial property design and development, construction, hotel and serviced apartment operations, project management and manufacturing.
In its 47-year history in Queensland, the group has developed an impressive number of hotels and apartment complexes in prime South East Queensland locations, including inner city Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Central’s diverse portfolio includes the management of apartment hotels, resorts, conference venues and now residential apartments.

Central’s newest apartment hotel ‘Stratford’ has just opened in Wellington, New Zealand. Another exciting development recently opened in Auckland in New Zealand is ‘The Precinct’. Terrace Heights in Wellington completes Central’s apartment hotel portfolio in New Zealand.
